Break free fromĀ the leadership patternsĀ that limit you

Ā

Are you managing orĀ transforming? Adjusting orĀ accelerating?

Leaders don't stall from lack of effort. They stall because unseen patterns keep them circling the same problems.Ā

In a fast-changing world, old leadership habits can't deliver new outcomes.

Ā

Orbit ShiftĀ reveals the three secret forces that will transform your leadership:Ā

1.Proper Purpose

2.Intentional Connections

3.Ā Sustained Momentum

About HanifaĀ

Hanifa Shah has spent her career helping leaders shift into higher orbits.Ā

She has guided thousands of learners and colleagues through transformation in education, innovation and enterprise. She has led multi-million-pound transformations, built cross-sector partnerships and created opportunities that outlive any one person's tenure

Born in inner-city Birmingham, Hanifa discovered an early truth that shaped her life: knowledge, once gained, can’t be taken away. That spark grew into her Proper Purpose - to unlock human potential by connecting knowledge, creativity, and real-world impact.

She became the first in her extended family to attend university, choosing computing science when women in technical fields were rare. She went on to become a professor, an executive, and a leader at the intersection of education, technology, and industry. More recentlyĀ Hanifa was awarded an OBE for services to higher education.

What matters most to her are the initiatives that outlast her- the graduates, partnerships, and systems that continue to create impact long after she has stepped away.
